Getting started with Eskeno
July 1, 2026 - 1 min read
Eskeno is a progression system for people who train seriously. This guide walks you through your first week: creating an account, logging a session, and reading the numbers that matter.
Create your account
Sign up with your email or a social account. During onboarding you set your name, birth date, and training preferences. Nothing here is locked in; you can change all of it later from your settings.
Log your first session
Open a workout, pick your exercises from the catalog, and record each set with its weight and reps. Eskeno stores the raw numbers so your history stays accurate no matter which unit you display later.
Read your progression
After a few sessions, your history shows tonnage per exercise and your best lifts. This is the signal you use to decide when to add weight. No magic, no guessing, just the numbers.
Where to go next
When you are ready for structure, browse the program catalog and pick one that matches your split. Everything you log stays yours.
